The significant impact of water on the human body is undeniable. Each of us should drink about 2 liters of water a day and even more in warm months. Why is water so essential and what kind of water is the healthiest?

The role of water

Water is primarily responsible for maintaining the body's normal temperature and for removing toxins from the body. The human body is unable to store water, and loses it with many processes (digestion, breathing), states and during physical exercise - that's why it is so important to drink the right amount of liquid every day.

Calcium is responsible for strong bones and joints, affects blood clotting, normal heart function, and eliminates allergic reactions. Every day we need about 800 - 1200 mg.

It just so happens that tap water in many Polish towns is rich in these minerals. It only needs proper filtration to reduce the amount of ingredients that negatively affect its quality - chlorine, rust, sand, pesticides, herbicides.
